Platoon 1986 1080p BluRay x264 AAC 5.1

This was encoded using ripbot 1.17.0

This was denoised with FFT3DGPU and debanded using flash3kyuu_deband.

The AVS script to do this is:

Audio was encoded using the FHG encoder. Most of my future uploads however will use the qtaacenc using TVBR at a higher bitrate than 320 kbps. The command line in Foobar2000 to do this is:

--tvbr 100 --highest --ignorelength - %d

The beauty of this is, since AAC is bit-depth independent (you can feed it a 32-bit floating point wav file, but the bitrate jumps tremendously) I feed the encoder the original 24-bit source. It wall also handle 7.1, so I will be experimenting with that as well :) Keep an eye out!
