Description

This is a map and game editor for Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. You can edit maps of towns, routes, and inside buildings as well. One of my favorite things to do is edit which pokemon can be found in a certain area and make them any level I choose! To use, just open the Application and then open one of the specified Pokemon roms

can one edit leafgreen?

I'm not sure, but I don't believe so, I've only used Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald versions to edit. To find out, just open a LeafGreen rom in the application and see if it loads.
