something wrong, the video has problem, it stacks even if i play it in VLC or BSPLAYER

Movie looks and hears amazing. PublicHD relreases are always worth their size.
Although i seem to have a problem, this file plays choppy on my Pc (specs at the end), whereas the movie Enders Game 1080p HEVC X265 plays fine, does anyone else has the same problem ?

I am sorry but if I am going to download a movie a 9.22GB then i should not have to install any kind of codec....Then again I would never download a movie that is 9.22GB....THAT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF SPACE...First and foremost you can find the same quality copy at under 2GB
