The game wont have a campaign. So whats the point of downloading this? I played the beta on Xb1 loved the game. But I dont see any offline elements except maybe survival.

Read the description about whether it's worth the download. If you're planning to buy the game someday then this will help. Aside from no offline gameplay, there could be an emulator in the future for the online part.
