Description
April meets a new student at her school named Casey Jones and the two teens begin a friendship during her tutoring on him, which makes Donatello very jealous. Meanwhile, the mutated Pulverizer begins feeding on mutagen that Donnie has been experimenting with enabling him to form arms and legs and become a powerful form that Mikey dubs "Mutagen Man." Mutagen Man pursues April upon developing a crush on her as the Turtles work to keep him from catching April.
