This is NOT a windows XP iso. You should already have windows XP installed to apply these updates.

(o) General:

* This WinXP-BE EOL UpdatePack contains all the ported Windows XP Updates since May 2014 from Windows XP Embedded (POSReady 2009) to Windows XP Home/Professional.
* The Microsoft support for Windows XP Home/Professional has ended on May 2014, but Microsoft will still release new Windows XP Updates till April 2019 because of the POSReady 2009 based Windows XP which is supported till April 2019.
* The ported Windows XP Updates have a modified installer which makes it possible again to install all the newest Windows XP Updates on a Windows XP Home/Professional computer.
* To uninstall or to view the installed updates go to "START -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs" and select the option "Show updates" at the top right corner.
* A new WinXP-BE EOL UpdatePack will be released as soon as new Windows XP Embedded (POSReady 2009) update is available. Microsoft regularly releases updates on the second Tuesday of each month except High Security updates are released earlier.


(o) Important:

* Before installing this WinXP-BE EOL UpdatePack it is recommended to install all the latest HotFixes over the Windows XP Update Center.

* To install the WinXP-BE EOL UpdatePack simply extract the Zip-Archive file to your computer and then double click on the file "WinXP-BE EOL UpdatePack Installer.cmd" or simply right click the file and click Open.
