ok, lets try a simple fix. Seeing that it didn't start for you. You got no world saves,(If not save them to your desktop).
Delete .minecraft folder. Run as admin extreme launcher.exe.
Start minecraft 1.8-forge. create world, save and exit minecraft. Drop folders saves/resourcepacks/shaders/mods into .minecraft folder, Restart minecraft 1.8-forge.

I've never seen that happen after version 1.1
Normally you get some sort of error message.
Nothings showing up in your logs?
What Operating system do you run?

windows 10...but it cant be the OS since it still works normally...as for error message theres none and the logs say it launches everything accordingly but wont open the game (only when switched to 1.8 forge on profile)

place the folders mods/resourcepacks/shaders/saves into the .minecraft folder, and overwrite anything that may pop up. It will only place what you don't already have in the .minecraft folder.
Make sure when you start extreme loader.exe,(Icon on your desktop) Give yourself a username and change version to 1.8-Forge.

okii ive done wat u sed (and thankyou for the details) but once it launches with the adjustments to profile (add name and switch to 1.8 forge) it loads then takes me back to desktop screen? nothing happens?

yet it works normally without mods etc...when i switch version to "latest"

ok ive done wat u sed and still i dont know how to pull up the mods? where in %appdata% do i put the mods and resource packs? in the .minecraft folder? or in the %appdata% folder in general? please help...thank you :)

drop in all mods/resources/shaders/etc.
