Just update your game to patch V1.3.32.1010, and copy and replace the folders and files into your Sims 4 install folder...easy as. It ISN'T Sims 2...I cannot figure out how to change that...and yeah, obviously these are already unRAR'd, so skip that part of the instructions...

Do you have the Reloaded release that you install from an iso?

To check your game version - Go to Documents > Electronics Arts > The Sims 4 > GameVersion .Open that file and you ill see The Latest version is Update 1.3.32.1010 if its written like this then your game is Uptodate
